Yes. Start with an enquiry so the boutique can confirm availability, sizing, event timing, and rental conditions before you commit.
The boutique profile states worldwide shipping. Shipping details should be confirmed per piece because traditional garments can vary in weight, care needs, and timing.
No. Human photos are used only for the founder story. Product and mission areas use dress, textile, atelier, and embroidery imagery.
Yes. Send the colour story, occasion, and any reference piece you love so the boutique can guide you toward a suitable traditional look.
For Eid and wedding season, four to six weeks gives the most flexibility for sizing, alterations, sourcing, and shipping. Last-minute requests are still welcome and handled case by case.
Yes. Each enquiry can include accessory, jewellery, and styling direction so the complete look is considered, not just the garment.

“Worn beautifully, returned simply — we handle the steaming, the styling, and the rest.”The Atelier
You choose a piece, send your measurements and event date, and we confirm fit and availability before anything is reserved. The dress arrives steamed and styled, with a care kit, garment bag, and prepaid return. You wear it, then send it back by the agreed date — we handle the cleaning.
Most rentals carry a refundable bond held against accidental damage beyond normal wear. It is returned in full once the piece comes back in the condition it left. The exact amount is confirmed per garment when we discuss your booking.
These garments are made to be worn, and minor settling of coinwork or beading is expected. Light, normal wear is covered. Just let us know what happened on return so we can restore the piece properly — there is no charge for ordinary celebration.
Yes. For weddings and multi-day events, we put together coordinated looks across the nikah, henna, and reception, with one handover and one return. Tell us the running order and we plan the changes around your timing.

Yes. We are based in Melbourne and ship worldwide. Because traditional garments vary in weight and embellishment, we confirm carrier, cost, and timing per piece so there are no surprises at checkout.
Within Australia, most pieces arrive in a few business days once confirmed. International timing depends on the destination and the garment, so we quote a realistic window before you commit and share tracking once it ships.
Local pickup and delivery are both available. Appointments are by arrangement around Melbourne CBD and surrounds, which also lets us check fit and styling in person before your event.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are prepared specifically for you, so we confirm every detail — sizing, palette, timing — in writing before production. For ready pieces, raise any concern as soon as it arrives and we will work through it with you directly.

Fit comes first. We work from your measurements rather than a generic size chart, and we flag anything that needs adjusting before a piece is reserved or made. If you are unsure how to measure, we walk you through it.
Many pieces allow for adjustment, and bespoke commissions are made to your measurements from the start. We will tell you honestly what is possible on a given garment before you decide, so the drape and proportion stay true.
Hang the garment to release folds and steam gently from a distance — never iron directly over coins, beads, or mirrorwork. Dress with perfume and makeup already on, and store flat or on a padded hanger away from direct light and damp.
For Eid and wedding season, four to six weeks gives the most room for sizing, alterations, sourcing, and shipping. Last-minute requests are still welcome — we handle them case by case and tell you straight away what is achievable.
